Ordering
You can easily order at Coolbird. Within a few steps your order will be taken care of.
- Select a product
Place the product in your shopping cart by clicking the green order button.
- Shopping cart
In your shopping cart you get an overview of your chosen products. You can complete your order from here.
- Login
If you already have an account with Coolbird, please enter your email address and password. No account, please continue without logging in. If you are member of the Coolbird Advantage Club, the special benefits for members will be applied to your shopping cart.
- Your details
Fill in your personal and address details. Your package can also be delivered to another address.
- Overview and payment method
Check your order and details. You can always step back to change your delivery address or add a forgotten product. Select your preferred method of payment and complete the order. After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation in your mailbox.
Delivery
If your order is completed and paid for online before 12 noon on a working day (Monday to Friday), the products (if in stock) will be shipped the same day and in most cases delivered the next day. Packages that leave on Friday will be often be delivered on Saturday. If a product is unexpectedly out of stock, you will be noticed as soon as possible.
We work with the carriers DPD and FedEx.
After shipment you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code so you can track your shipment.
Delivery at a pick-up point
For deliveries in Belgium and the Netherlands, you can choose a DPD pick-up point. The parcel will be delivered to a pick-up point near you. DPD will send you an e-mail with the location where you can pick up the parcel.

Shipment and deliveries
- From which country are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped from our logistics warehouse in Belgium.
- Which courier delivers my order?
Coolbird works with DPD for orders in Belgium and the Netherlands. Fedex delivers international orders.
- Does Coolbird deliver on Sundays?
No, we deliver from Monday to Saturday.
- Can I have my order delivered to a collection point?
Yes, this is possible in Belgium and the Netherlands. You can select a DPD collection point during the ordering process.
- When will my order be delivered if I order today?
For Belgium and the Netherlands, we aim for delivery the next working day, if you order from Monday to Friday before 12PM. However, we are dependent on our courier.
- What happens if I am not at home upon delivery?
If you are not at home, the courier will make a second delivery attempt or deliver your package to a collection point. You will receive a message with further instructions.
- Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email with which you can track your package.
- What are the shipping costs within Belgium and the Netherlands?
The shipping costs depend on the order value. The higher the order amount, the lower the shipping costs. In Belgium and the Netherlands, members of the Coolbird Advantage Club pay only half of the shipping costs. Free delivery in Belgium and the Netherlands from € 59.50.
- What are the shipping costs outside Belgium and the Netherlands?
Different rates apply for international shipments. These are calculated during checkout.
- When entering my delivery address, I cannot select my destination country. What should I do?
Not all countries are enabled by default, please contact our customer service.
