Ordering and delivery
You can easily order at Coolbird. Within a few steps your order will be taken care of.
- Select a product
Place the product in your shopping cart by clicking the green order button.
- Shopping cart
In your shopping cart you get an overview of your chosen products. You can complete your order from here.
If you already have an account with Coolbird, please enter your email address and password. No account, please continue without logging in. If you are member of the Coolbird Advantage Club, the special benefits for members will be applied to your shopping cart.
- Your details
Fill in your personal and address details. Your package can also be delivered to another address.
- Overview and payment method
Check your order and details. You can always step back to change your delivery address or add a forgotten product. Select your preferred method of payment and complete the order. After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation in your mailbox.
If your order is completed and paid for online before 12 noon on a working day (Monday to Friday), the products (if in stock) will be shipped the same day and in most cases delivered the next day. Packages that leave on Friday will be delivered on Saturday. If a product is unexpectedly out of stock, you will be noticed as soon as possible.

After shipment you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code so you can track your shipment.
Delivery at a pick-up point
For deliveries in the Netherlands, you can choose for a PostNL pick-up point. The parcel will be delivered to a pick-up point near you. PostNL will send you an e-mail with the location where you can pick up the parcel.
For the time being there is one pick-up point available in Belgium: Aveve Lataire – Hoekestraat 86 - 9910 Knesselare. If you choose this option, you must select this option in the ordering process. Having your order delivered at this pickup point is free of charge.
